Physical Products
Tim Lee & Friends strives to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. In the event you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please report this within seven days of delivery. Your report should include photos of damaged items and your order number, allowing us to process your case efficiently. We will ship a replacement at no cost to you, and in most cases, return of the original item will not be required unless specifically requested. For apparel items, size exchanges are available, though shipping fees may apply. All other physical product sales are considered final once shipped. We encourage careful review of sizing charts and product descriptions before completing your purchase.
Digital Products and Online Access
All digital product sales, including downloads, curriculum, and content access, are final once the download is made available or access is granted. We provide technical support for any access issues you may encounter and will ensure replacement files are available should you experience corruption or download problems. Your purchase grants you access to digital content for the specified duration, and no refunds will be issued for partially used materials or services. Our technical support team is available to resolve any access issues you may experience with our digital products.
Project Influence Programs
Program fees for Project Influence and associated educational tracks are non-refundable, and program spots are non-transferable. We carefully consider each application and maintain small class sizes to ensure quality instruction and individual attention. Payment installment obligations remain in effect regardless of attendance or completion. In cases of extraordinary circumstances or documented emergencies, we may consider allowing a one-time deferral to the next available session, subject to availability and a nominal administrative fee. Such requests must be submitted at least fourteen days before the program start date. Our goal is to maintain program integrity while being mindful of genuine emergencies our participants may face.
