Tim Lee & Friends currently provides shipping services within the United States only. Order processing occurs Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Our commitment is to ensure your items arrive safely and promptly to their destination.

Shipping Methods, Costs and Timeframes

Print-on-Demand Items
Our apparel and merchandise orders are fulfilled through our trusted partner, Printful. Standard shipping typically requires five to seven business days after production, with production time ranging from two to five business days. Upon shipment, you will receive tracking information via email to monitor your order's progress.

Books
For our book orders, standard shipping typically delivers within three to five business days. We offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost for customers requiring faster delivery. Local pickup is available for book orders when Tim Lee is vending in person.

Shipping Costs and Processing
Standard shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected items. Orders qualifying for free shipping will be clearly indicated during the checkout process. We begin processing orders within one business day, and you will receive confirmation and tracking information via email when available.

Multiple Item Orders
Orders containing multiple items may ship separately to ensure the quickest possible delivery of each product. In such cases, you will receive tracking information for each shipment. This is particularly common when orders include both print-on-demand items and books.

Package Issues

In the event of lost or damaged packages, please notify us within forty-eight hours of the expected delivery date. For damaged items, please provide photos along with your order number to help us resolve the issue promptly. We handle each case individually to ensure appropriate resolution.
